Right of withdrawal
As a private consumer, you have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason or pay any penalty (EU Directive 2011/83/UE; in France, articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code).
To exercise this right, two options:
- Fill in the online form below (recommended: faster processing, automatic acknowledgement).
- Send us any unambiguous written statement of your decision to withdraw, by any written means (post, e-mail).
Cases excluded from the right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code (and equivalent transpositions of Directive 2011/83/UE in other EU member states), the following goods cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal, notably:
- Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised (e.g. cables cut to length, terminations made on request).
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and were unsealed after delivery.
- Sealed software or digital content unsealed after delivery.
- Goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.
Return and refund terms
- Deadline to return the product: 14 days from the day you send us your withdrawal notice.
- Condition of the product: complete, in its original packaging, with accessories and invoice.
- Return shipping costs: at your expense, except in case of a defective product or our error.
- Refund: within 14 days from receipt of the returned product (or proof of shipping if earlier), via the same payment method as the original order.
