Internal GPS sensor updates occur every 15 or 30 minutes, depending on power status. The operating temperature range is -15° to 55°C, with the internal battery charging range from 0° to 45°C. In terms of control, the GTB 10 allows remote command of up to five relays for systems such as battery chargers or ice makers, via the ActiveCaptain app or a compatible Garmin chartplotter. It also supports control of NMEA 2000 momentary or latching switches via EmpirBus™ or other third-party interfaces. Full integration with the ActiveCaptain app enables centralized management of all vessel functions, while cloud data storage is secured for up to 30 days.
