ePropulsion: outboard and electric pod motors

Skysat sells ePropulsion electric motors, their batteries, chargers, controls, and spare parts. To choose your system, start by its architecture: outboard with integrated or removable battery, outboard with external battery, or pod installed under the hull. Power alone is not enough to determine the model suited to your boat.

Main ranges

• eLite: 500 W outboard with integrated 378 Wh battery. See the eLite with standard shaft and check the transom height corresponding to your version.
• Spirit: the Spirit 1.0 Plus 1 kW model with battery and the Spirit 2 2 kW model with battery are two removable-battery architectures. Versions with and without battery are not the same offer: check the contents of each listing.
• Navy Evo: outboard with external battery, in 3 kW or 6 kW. The Navy 3.0 Evo with long shaft is offered as motor only; battery, control, and charger must be provided separately.
• Pod Drive Evo: motors installed under the hull, available in 1 kW, 3 kW, and 6 kW. The Pod Drive 1.0 Evo requires a compatible battery, control, and charging solution.
• E-Series batteries and charging: the E100 battery is a LiFePO4 5 120 Wh battery with a nominal voltage of 51.2 V. The E-Series 25 A charger is documented for the E100. Compatibility of other accessories must be verified by reference and generation.

Preparing a complete set

Check the transom height and shaft length, the type of control, the required battery, charger, and cables in the chosen model’s manual. For a pod, the installation under the hull must be prepared using the manufacturer’s plans. The product families in this collection allow you to find motors, batteries, controls, chargers, cables, and parts separately.

For a spare part, start from the model and its generation, then the exact manufacturer reference. A similar connector or identical nominal voltage does not prove compatibility. Contact Skysat to have your configuration checked.

Frequently asked questions

Does a motor-only purchase include a battery?

No for the Navy Evo presented as motor only. For Spirit and other versions, check the listing contents: offers with battery and motor-only versions are distinct. Also verify the required control and charger before ordering.

What range can I expect?

Range depends on the boat, its load, speed, and sailing conditions. The performance figures published by ePropulsion correspond to specific tests; they do not guarantee the same duration on your boat.

Do all models recharge under sail?

No. The Pod Drive Evo models feature hydrogeneration, which recharges the battery via propeller rotation under sail. The manual specifies operating conditions and compatible batteries. Do not assume this function is available on any motor or with any battery.

Which charger and cables should I choose?

Use the references indicated for the exact battery and motor. The E-Series range includes multiple models and generations: confirmed compatibility for one does not automatically apply to others.

How do I verify delivery and warranty?

Check the shipping conditions on the chosen listing and contact Skysat for batteries subject to specific transport. For warranty, refer to the manual and applicable conditions for the model and its use; do not extrapolate a duration to the entire range.
