The stainless steel housing is recommended for all hull types, including fiberglass, wood, and metal. Installation requires a 95 mm (3-3\/4\") hole for fiberglass or wood hulls, and a 105 mm (4-1\/8\") hole for metal hulls to accommodate the required isolation ring on the latter. The transducer measures depth and water temperature with fast response. It comes with a 10-meter (33-foot) cable and a 9-pin black connector, compatible with Navico, Lowrance, and Simrad systems.
