The N3-LU05-00 is the 10.2 × 6.7 inch two-blade composite propeller supplied as standard with the Navy 3.0 Evo and Pod Drive 3.0 Evo, offered here as a spare part. ePropulsion specifies it for the Navy 3.0 and Navy 3.0 Evo outboards, both short and long shaft versions, and for the Pod Drive 3.0 Evo.

When to inspect and replace

The Navy 3.0 Evo manual requires the user to inspect the propeller and its pin at 50 hours (3 months), then every 100 hours (6 months), and a dealer inspection every 200 hours (12 months). At each inspection: blade wear, cavitation erosion, impact damage, pin condition, absence of weeds, nets or fishing line wrapped around the propeller. Fishing line wrapped around the propeller can allow water to enter the motor; this damage is not covered by the warranty.

Installation

Disconnect the battery before any work and wear gloves: the blade edges are sharp. The replacement procedure is detailed in the motor manual. ePropulsion requires the use of genuine parts for maintenance.
