Designed for safety at sea and on land, the ACR ResQLink VIEW PLB (Personal Locator Beacon) provides a compact and floating emergency location solution. It features a digital display for real-time tracking and confirmation of distress signal transmission, enhancing peace of mind in critical situations.
Accurate Location and Advanced Communication
The ACR ResQLink VIEW uses three levels of signaling technology. A 406.037 MHz distress alert is transmitted via satellite, complemented by a 121.5 MHz homing frequency for local search teams. The integrated GPS and Galileo GNSS system ensures precise positioning, guiding rescuers to within 100 meters of your location. Certified Cospas-Sarsat and MEOSAR-compatible, this beacon guarantees rapid alert times.
Robust Design and Essential Features
With an operational battery life of 28 hours after activation and a 5-year standby battery life, the beacon is equipped with a lithium battery. It is waterproof to 5 meters for 1 hour or 10 meters for 10 minutes, and operates within a temperature range of -20°C to +55°C. Its backlit OLED display shows GPS coordinates and beacon status. The ResQLink VIEW is buoyant, features a strobe light and infrared strobe for enhanced visibility, and requires no subscription. A multifunction clip system facilitates attachment to various equipment. Some models in the ResQLink VIEW series may include the Return Link Service (RLS) feature, providing confirmation of distress message receipt by authorities.
