The color AC panel-mount monitor BEP (ACSM) is a monitoring instrument dedicated to embedded alternating current electrical networks. Designed for panel installation, it provides real-time visualization of the essential parameters of your 230V system. Unlike the DC monitor in the BEP 600 range (DCSM models), this unit integrates all alternating current voltage and current measurement functions, eliminating the need for a separate display and external shunt. It positions itself as an all-in-one solution, more comprehensive than simple AC voltmeters, and more specialized than a full energy management system like a BEP CZone.

AC network measurement and visualization

This BEP color monitor ACSM allows monitoring up to three AC voltages (0-300V RMS) and three AC currents (0-120A RMS) using the supplied CT-10-3 current transformers. The 2.8-inch 16-bit TFT LCD screen displays data in numerical, graphical (gauge), or analog form. The frequency of each voltage input is also measured and displayed. Legends are customizable ("Vessel power", "Shore power") for clear identification of energy sources. The 4-button user interface with white backlighting facilitates menu navigation.

Alarms and integrated load shedding

The BEP device integrates configurable high and low threshold alarms for voltage, current, and power, with a snooze function. A load shedding relay output allows controlling a load based on power consumption, protecting your system from overloads. The load shedding control input enables remote activation of this function. The remote alarm output (1A max) can drive an external audible or visual alarm. Unlike the DC monitor, the AC version is supplied with all necessary sensors, simplifying installation.
