Designed for demanding marine environments, the Blue Sea Systems H2O CB USB 12/24VDC 5POS GREEN WH panel is an electrical distribution and charging solution for vessels. This 5-position watertight panel integrates circuit breakers for circuit protection and a dual USB charger, ensuring reliable power supply and mobile device charging.
Protection and Electrical Distribution
The panel features 5 circuit breaker positions, providing individual protection for each circuit. Each circuit breaker supports a maximum current of 15A at 12V DC and 9A at 24V DC. The panel’s cumulative capacity reaches 45A. Its reinforced polycarbonate construction and UV-stabilized, weather-resistant front panel ensure durability suited to the marine environment. The panel is IP67 certified, providing protection against dust and temporary immersion up to 1 meter for 30 minutes, making it ideal for installations in open cockpits or on flybridges.
Integrated Intelligent USB Charger
The integrated dual USB charger delivers a maximum output current of 4.8A DC (total) at 5V DC ±5%. It is compatible with input voltages of 12V DC (range 9–16V DC) and 24V DC. The charger includes intelligent device recognition to optimize charging rates and features protections against thermal overload, short circuits, and reverse polarity. Its standby current draw is 1mA. The panel is compatible with Blue Sea Systems digital dimmers for lighting control.
Features and Installation
Circuit labels are backlit by green LEDs, consuming 10mA per illuminated circuit, ensuring readability in low light. The panel can be mounted in four different orientations, offering installation flexibility. The cutout dimensions for Contura switches are 36.83 mm × 21.08 mm (1.45" × 0.83"). The product complies with RoHS and CE standards.
