The Clarion CMSP-651-SWG flush-mount marine speakers are designed for robust audio performance in marine environments. These 2-way coaxial speakers with 6.5-inch (165 mm) drivers deliver 50 watts RMS per speaker (100 watts per pair) and 100 watts peak power. With a 4-ohm impedance, they offer a frequency response of 55 to 20,000 Hz and a sensitivity of 87 dB.
Design and materials
The woofer features an injected polypropylene cone with mica (MIPP) and a synthetic rubber surround for increased durability. The 1-inch silk dome tweeter is mounted on a bridge and uses a neodymium magnet with ferrofluid cooling. These components are selected for clear sound reproduction and resistance to marine conditions. The product is certified for marine environments, exceeding industry standards, including ASTM-D4329 for UV stability and ASTM-B117 for salt spray resistance.
Installation and features
With a mounting depth of 71.9 mm (2.83 inches) and a cutout diameter of approximately 126.6 mm (4.984 inches), these speakers are designed for easy flush-mount installation. The durable construction includes UV- and corrosion-resistant plastic baskets and grilles, as well as waterproof audio connectors. Each pair comes with white and metallic gray sport grilles, offering aesthetic customization options. The CMSP-651-SWG speaker model does not include integrated RGB LED lighting.

This product is water-resistant; it must not be submerged or exposed to high-pressure water jets. For maintenance, clean the product with mild soap and rinse only with fresh water. Installation requires appropriate tools and safety equipment, and professional installation is recommended. Before cutting or drilling, ensure there are no obstacles behind mounting surfaces.
