Detailed description
Designed for marine navigation, the stabilized IP thermal camera FURUNO M364 30Hz (FL-E70525) integrates a 640x512 VOx Microbolometer detector. It delivers a 30 Hz refresh rate and a thermal field of view of 24° x 18°, with an 18 mm focal length and fixed focus from 3 meters to infinity. Image processing benefits from FLIR’s Digital Detail Enhancement technology for optimized clarity.
Stabilization and Control
The M364 30Hz features 2-axis mechanical gyroscopic stabilization and an integrated AHRS sensor, compensating for pitch, roll, and yaw movements to provide a stable image in rough seas. It offers continuous 360° Pan rotation and ±90° Tilt tilt, enabling extended visual coverage. A continuous 8x thermal electronic zoom is also available for target magnification.
Connectivity and Marine Resistance
This camera provides lossless HD-SDI video output, a single H.264 network video stream, and NTSC analog video output. It operates on 12/24 VDC power, with a typical consumption of 41W and a maximum of 56W with heaters active. The FURUNO M364 30Hz meets IPX6 water resistance standards, supports operating temperatures from -25°C to +55°C, and is designed to withstand shocks (15g vertical, 9g horizontal) and winds up to 100 knots. Its weight is 6.3 kg without the mast and 6.75 kg with it. It is ONVIF-compatible for PTZ security camera features. Integration with Furuno NavNet TZtouch3 multifunction displays enables automatic tracking of ARPA/AIS targets, GPS positions, waypoints, or MOB situations. It also integrates with Raymarine Axiom MFDs for ClearCruise augmented reality.
