The FURUNO MU152HD marine-grade monitor is a 15" TFT LCD color display designed for demanding marine environments. It features a native XGA resolution (1024 x 768 pixels) and includes a scaler capable of displaying resolutions up to SXGA (1280 x 1024). With a brightness of 1000 cd/m² and a contrast ratio of 2500:1, it ensures clear and sharp visibility even in bright sunlight.
Robust design and optimized display
The MU152HD panel is equipped with an anti-reflective glass filter to reduce glare, ensuring visual comfort in varying lighting conditions. The LCD panels and glass are bonded together to prevent fogging, making it suitable for installations on open flybridges. Its robust design complies with IP56 for the front panel and IP22 for the rear, allowing water cleaning.
Connectivity and versatile integration
The FURUNO MU152HD monitor is equipped with multiple video inputs, including 1 x HDMI, 1 x DVI-D, 1 x analog RGB, 1 x composite, and 1 x USB. This extended connectivity allows it to integrate with Furuno "Black Box" systems (radars, fishfinders) as well as equipment from other manufacturers. It can also display images from external devices such as security cameras, DVD players, or computers. The MU152HD offers a wide brightness adjustment range to adapt to all lighting conditions.
Flexible installation
The MU152HD supports two mounting options: flush-mount (weight 4.5 kg) or bracket-mount (weight 6.9 kg, bracket optional). Its design facilitates upgrades from previous models like the MU150HD or MU190HD, using the same cutout for simplified installation.
