Specifically designed for the Yanmar 4JH4-HTE marine diesel engine, the Integrel ISP0033 mounting bracket is a key component of the E-Power energy generation system. It ensures the physical and functional integration of the Integrel E-Power (OEG) alternator with the propulsion engine, enabling efficient 48V electrical power generation. This bracket is essential for utilizing the surplus capacity of the Yanmar 4JH4-HTE, a 4-stroke, 4-cylinder inline, turbocharged, water-cooled diesel engine delivering a maximum power output of 80.9 kW (110 mhp) at 3200 rpm.
E-Power system integration and performance
The Integrel ISP0033 mounting bracket allows the E-Power system to generate up to 9 kW of electrical power in single configuration and up to 18 kW in dual configuration by utilizing the power take-off (PTO) of the Yanmar 4JH4-HTE engine. This 48V architecture enables high battery charge rates, reducing reliance on conventional generators. The Integrel system is designed for automatic operation, managing power generation, storage, conversion, and distribution without manual intervention.
