The Maretron CKM12 is a customizable 12-button membrane keypad designed for integration with the MPower digital switching system. This flexible and scalable platform enables control of DC systems aboard vessels, from small boats to large yachts. The CKM12 connects directly to the NMEA 2000 network, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of sensors, instruments, and third-party multifunction displays (MFDs), including Raymarine LightHouse 4 or Garmin OneHelm.

Intuitive and customizable control

The CKM12 provides an interface for managing the boat’s electrical and electronic functions. It allows creation of custom "modes" that activate or deactivate multiple circuits with a single touch (e.g., "night fishing", "at anchor"). It also facilitates the addition of secondary control stations connected via the vessel’s NMEA 2000 bus. Its ability to integrate into an MPower system reduces the need for dedicated third-party controllers, simplifying dashboard installation and layout.

Integration and advanced features

As part of the MPower platform, the Maretron CKM12 supports complex automation scenarios. It can be used to control various DC loads, such as lighting, pumps, motors, and other electronic equipment, in conjunction with load control modules like the CLMD12 or CLMD16. The MPower system uses standard NMEA PGNs, ensuring integration with the vessel’s existing NMEA 2000 ecosystem and future expansion capabilities. The keypad ships with a 0.2 m CKM to NMEA 2000 adapter cable.
