The Mastervolt Alpha 24 V 150 A EVO alternator is a marine electrical power generation solution designed for 24 V systems requiring rapid charging of service and starter batteries. Its Alpha design is engineered to deliver usable current even at low engine speeds, where standard alternators often require higher RPM to reach their rated capacity.

High-power 24 V charging

This model provides a total charge current of 150 A at 24 V. Manufacturer data indicates an absorption voltage of 28.5 V and a float voltage of 26.5 V. The alternator is isolated from ground, designed for a 2xA belt and fitted with an 89 mm nominal pulley.

Engine integration and marine use

The Alpha range is designed to operate in engine rooms and maintain power output above 40 °C thanks to forced cooling via a fan. Mounting options allow adaptation to dedicated engine mounts or custom brackets depending on the installation.
