Designed for outboard autopilot systems, the Navico reversible hydraulic pump PUMP-1 (reference 000-11770-002) is a key component for power steering. Operating at 12V, it delivers a nominal flow rate of 0.8 litres per minute (Lpm), suitable for boats up to 10 meters in length (approximately 30 feet).
Compatibility and integration
This pump is compatible with SeaStar manual tiller pumps up to 14 ci (229.4 cm³) and balanced hydraulic rams from 100 cm³ to 180 cm³. It integrates with Navico NAC-1 autopilot computers. The PUMP-1 comes with 3 ORB-5 to 9/16 UNF fittings, facilitating installation in marine hydraulic systems. Electrical connection requires AWG 12 (4.0mm²) wiring for optimal performance.

The PUMP-1 features reversible gear design, eliminating the need for an external steering valve, and integral blocking valves that maintain load.
