Designed to optimize the performance of satellite communication systems on board, the Scanstrut SW-AMA-W adjustable shim is a mounting accessory with adjustable angle. It allows you to set the angle of your Satcom antenna from 0 to 12°, ensuring the antenna remains level with the horizon for optimal signal reception, even on boats subject to varying heel or trim angles.
Design and Compatibility
Made from UV-stabilized marine-grade polymer, this shim is built to withstand demanding marine environments. Its base dimensions are 7 x 7 inches (17.8 x 17.8 cm) and its diameter is 200 mm (7.9 inches). The Scanstrut SW-AMA-W is compatible with Scanstrut Satcom antenna mounts SC35, SC45, SC45R, and SC65, as well as 30 cm Satcom antennas. It also integrates with Scanstrut gearboxes SW-AMA-16, SW-AMA-18, and SW-AMA-24, allowing the installation of Intellian i3, i4, i5, and i6 TV antennas.
