Suitable for 300 mm diameter tunnels, it fits boats between 22 and 30 meters (72-100 feet), depending on weight and windage. Weighing approximately 73 kg, this model is engineered for robust and high-performance installation.

Propeller Technologies and Control

This thruster features Q-PROP™ technology with five asymmetrical blades, reducing noise levels by 20 to 40% in real-world installations and up to 75% in controlled tests without compromising thrust. Counter-rotating twin propellers maximize efficiency within a minimal tunnel diameter. The Intelligent Power Control (IPC) system minimizes mechanical wear by ensuring minimal delay between direction changes and monitoring solenoids. If a solenoid locks up, the thruster automatically stops.

Marine Safety and Durability

The SE300/300TC includes overheat protection that automatically shuts down the system if internal temperature rises. All submerged parts feature galvanic isolation to prevent corrosion. The gearcase is sealed for life with mechanical seals for enhanced waterproofing. A flexible coupling protects the propeller shaft from misalignment. Designed for safety, it includes a watertight housing. Dual-button activation prevents accidental starts. The thruster can be mounted at any angle in the tunnel, and the electric motor can be rotated 90 degrees on its bracket, offering installation flexibility for forward or aft use. The S-Link™ system, though not standard on the base SE300, represents Sleipner’s CAN-bus control ecosystem for future integration with other brand products.
