The Humminbird H7G4-CMSITA-PACK bundle combines the HELIX 7G4-CMSITA fishfinder/chartplotter with a CoastMaster chart, providing an integrated solution for navigation and underwater exploration. Designed for users seeking accurate data and detailed mapping, this pack enables clear visualization of seabeds and efficient route planning.

Humminbird HELIX 7G4-CMSITA: Advanced Sonar

The HELIX 7G4-CMSITA unit integrates 2D Sonar, Down Imaging, Side Imaging, and CHIRP technologies for detailed visualization of underwater structures. It features a 7-inch display with a resolution of 1024x600 pixels. For MEGA Down Imaging, coverage extends up to 38 m (125 ft). Maximum output power is 500 Watts RMS (4000 Watts peak-to-peak). Operating frequencies for Side Imaging and Down Imaging include 455 kHz and MEGA, while Dual Spectrum operates between 150 kHz and 220 kHz. Features such as Fish ID+ and Auto/Manual depth settings are available to refine sonar display.

Navigation and Connectivity

Equipped with an integrated GPS, the HELIX 7G4-CMSITA ensures precise navigation with 2D, 3D, or enhanced fix types (WAAS, EGNOS, MSAS). The trip log (Triplog) records elapsed time, distance traveled, and average speed. The unit is compatible with various chart sources, including Navionics+, Navionics Gold, HotMaps, HotMaps Premium, and Platinum+. The AutoChart Live function allows real-time planning, recording, and customization of bathymetric charts. It is powered by a 10 to 20 VDC source and has an IPX7 waterproof rating, making it submersible to 1 meter for 30 minutes.

CoastMaster Chart: Detailed Mapping and Safety

The included CoastMaster chart provides detailed marine mapping. It integrates data layers for navigation, underwater and land features, including contours, depth markings, navigation aids, hazards, and points of interest. Safety features are included, such as highlighting soundings and dangerous symbols in red for depths below the defined safety level. It is not recommended to install the CoastMaster chart on a computer, as this could corrupt the chart files.
