Head-Up: The vessel's current heading points to the top of the screen. The chart rotates around the vessel icon so it always points upward. Heading is provided by the connected compass/heading sensor. Without a compass, orientation is based on COG.
COG Up: The chart is displayed with the vessel fixed in position, pointing upward, and the chart rotates according to the vessel's COG.
Course Up: During navigation, the planned route or route segment is displayed at the top of the screen. Objects ahead of the vessel are drawn above the vessel. When not navigating, the current heading is displayed.

Warning: Never format a COAST MASTER SD card, as this will permanently erase chart data. Using an Humminbird SD card to store or transfer data is also discouraged to avoid damaging the chart.
