Expert opinion

« Essential protection for Lowrance Elite-12 Ti displays »

Investing in a multifunction display like the Lowrance Elite-12 Ti represents a significant portion of the equipment budget. Neglecting its protection can lead to premature degradation of the display, particularly due to UV rays that can damage the antireflective coating and screen brightness over time. A sun protection cover, while simple, is a crucial element in extending the lifespan of these devices.

Its specific design ensures full coverage of the frame and screen, protecting not only against natural elements (sun, salt, dust) but also against minor mechanical shocks during handling or storage.

We recommend its systematic use when the vessel is not underway or during prolonged periods of inactivity to maximize screen durability.
