Detailed description
Detailed description
Designed for stability and comfort at sea, the Attwood Power Ped Aluminum Stand-Up SP-3204 seat pedestal is a solution for secondary helm or fishing stations. It is made from marine-grade aluminum with a brushed finish, ensuring corrosion resistance in a marine environment. The tube diameter is 1.77 inches.
Adjustment and Comfort
This seat pedestal offers manual height adjustment from 24 to 30 inches, allowing the seated or standing position to be adapted to the user. It features a gas strut that dampens shocks and makes height adjustment easy with simple pressure, improving comfort during use.
Safety and Installation
The Attwood Power Ped Aluminum Stand-Up SP-3204 is equipped with the patented Lock'N-Pin™ technology, which prevents unintentional detachment of the seat, pedestal, and base, thereby increasing safety on board. Designed for 3/4-inch pin seat supports, it includes an integrated seat bracket. The SP-3204 model is specifically fitted with a non-threaded steel pin. It complies with ABYC H31.6.1 standard with a Type B classification, indicating it is suitable for speeds not exceeding 5 mph and must not be used as a primary helm seat.
