Designed for high-performance yachts and Grand Prix racing, the B&G Hercules WTP Sailing Processor serves as the central hub for advanced navigation systems. It features a next-generation quad-core microprocessor for ultra-fast data processing and offers extensive integration options, delivering accurate navigation information.
Connectivity and Integration
This processor provides full connectivity to adapt to various marine equipment. It includes a NMEA2000® compatible Micro-C interface and two 100 Mbps Ethernet ports for a robust network. The integration of 9 analog 12-bit channels, 2 NMEA 0183® serial I/O channels, 3 pulse inputs, and 2 configurable alarm outputs allows connection to a wide range of sensors and displays. It also includes a man-overboard input and ModBus support for third-party system integration.
Advanced Features and Performance
The B&G Hercules WTP Sailing Processor enables advanced calculations and calibrations for true wind, motion and heel correction, and optimized boat speed calibration. It supports advanced polars tables and target performance data. The processor also integrates a starting line calculation function for racing. Navigation data can be logged to a Micro SD card (up to 512 GB) or to a B&G cloud account, managed via an intuitive web interface or the B&G Companion app. A built-in barometric pressure sensor is included.
Durability and Installation
With IPx6 and IPx7 ratings, the B&G Hercules WTP processor is designed to withstand marine environments.
