Zeus³S 12" chartplotter by B&G
The Zeus³S 12" is a B&G chartplotter designed for cruising and regattas. It serves as the control hub for the navigation system and provides access to onboard navigation and sail data.
Processor and display
The Zeus³S uses an iMX8 six-core processor, delivering twice the response and chart refresh speeds of the previous generation, with latency-free route recalculation. Its 12" SolarMAX™ IPS touchscreen remains readable from all angles, in full sunlight and with polarized sunglasses. The hybrid interface combines a touchscreen with a rotary push-button keypad, usable in all sea conditions.
Sailing navigation functions
The Zeus³S 12" chartplotter integrates B&G’s sailing navigation features. SailSteer consolidates navigation and sail data on a single screen. Laylines and tacking angles overlay the chart. The StartLine function assists with race starts, and RacePanel tools analyze performance.
System integration
The Zeus³S features NMEA 2000®, Ethernet, and built-in Wi-Fi connectivity to link to onboard instruments. It supports Broadband 4G™ radar, an autopilot, wind sensors, an AIS receiver, and other equipment. The built-in Wi-Fi allows screen mirroring and remote control from a smartphone or tablet.
