Designed to handle nominal currents up to 650 amperes at 50 VDC, this busbar is ideal for installations requiring dense and secure connectivity. Its five 10 mm (3/8") stainless steel studs, paired with tinned CDA102 copper conductors, ensure optimal conductivity and enhanced corrosion resistance in marine environments. Compact dimensions of 147 x 49 x 64 mm and a weight of 506 g simplify installation in constrained spaces.

Within the BEP Pro Installer range, this 5-stud 650A busbar offers a versatile option balancing connection count and current capacity. It sits between the 3-stud 650A (98 x 49 x 61 mm, 294g) and 8-stud 650A (249 x 49 x 64 mm, 841g) models, sharing the same 650A capacity and 10 mm stud size but providing an intermediate mounting configuration. For applications requiring slightly lower amperage, BEP also offers 4-stud 500A busbars with 8 mm studs. This flexibility enables installers to select the busbar best suited to their electrical system’s specific needs, whether for distributing battery bank power, connecting multiple high-current consumers, or centralizing grounds.
