Designed for managing power sources, the Blue Sea Systems 8361 rotary AC panel allows switching between three separate 240 V AC sources to power a single circuit. This solution is suitable for marine installations where circuit protection via a separate breaker is managed upstream.
Design and Technical Specifications
This panel integrates a robust 65 amp rotary switch capable of handling high AC currents across three poles. It offers three source positions plus an OFF position, providing precise power control. The construction uses 3.175 mm (1/8") 5052 aluminum alloy, ensuring a solid base. The two-tone slate gray polyurethane finish enhances durability in marine environments.
Features and Installation
The Blue Sea Systems 8361 panel is equipped with red LED indicators for reverse polarity detection and green LED indicators to signal power presence, improving operational safety. The panel includes terminals for live, neutral, and safety ground, simplifying external wiring. The included rotary switch is a UL-listed model 9011, underscoring its reliability.
