The CZone Control X Interface (reference 80-911-0231-01) is a compact digital switching module designed for marine and recreational vehicle applications. This interface offers advanced control and monitoring capabilities. It stands out due to its robust design and configurable features, allowing for simplified system installation and optimized operation.
Design and Technical Performance
With a nominal operating voltage of 9 to 32 V and a maximum current capacity of 120 A, the Control X incorporates an IPx7 waterproof and ignition-protected enclosure. This protection allows it to withstand immersion up to 1 meter for 30 minutes. Its 100% solid-state MOSFET switching technology improves reliability, ensures silent operation, and reduces bulk compared to traditional relays. This system eliminates the need for physical fuses thanks to temperature monitoring and software-configurable overcurrent protection.
Advanced Features and Connectivity
The CZone Control X interface integrates an RGBW lighting controller, supporting one RGB zone with independent light dimming. It also provides control for wiper motors with synchronization for up to eight motors and offers three intermittent timing settings. The module features monitoring channels for battery voltage, current draw, state of charge, as well as analog and digital inputs. Circuit current monitoring is available on all output channels. NMEA 2000 connectivity is provided via a Micro-C CAN port. An integrated load shedding function allows for disabling non-essential loads to preserve battery autonomy. The module measures 246.5 mm x 137.4 mm x 54.0 mm and weighs 792 g.
