The FURUNO TZMAP13 + Echonautics TM70M600 fishfinder pack provides a complete solution for navigation and underwater detection. It combines a 12.8-inch Full HD multifunction display with a 600 W CHIRP transducer, designed for seamless integration and accurate performance.
FURUNO TZMAP13 multifunction display
The TZMAP13 is a 12.8-inch TFT color multi-touch display with a Full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. Its 1000 cd/m² brightness ensures optimal visibility. It integrates a 72-channel GNSS/WAAS receiver (L1 1575.42 MHz) with a 10 Hz position refresh rate and 3-meter (WAAS) accuracy. For cartography, it is compatible with TZ MAPS, MM3 Vector, and CMOR (USA only). The chartplotter’s memory capacity includes 30,000 user waypoints, 100,000 ship track points, and 200 planned routes (500 waypoints per route).
Fishfinder and Side-Scan features
The available modes include TrueEcho CHIRP™, ACCU-FISH™ (requires dedicated CHIRP transducer), Bottom Discrimination (requires 50/200 kHz CW transducer), Auto Gain, A-Scope, Marker Zoom, Bottom Zoom, and Bottom Lock. It also features fish school alarms. For Side-Scan, it uses CHIRP frequencies of 220-240 kHz or 445-465 kHz, offering a display range of 230 meters on each side with 8 high-contrast color themes.
Connectivity and ruggedness
The TZMAP13 features an NMEA 2000 interface (1 bidirectional port), a LAN port (100 BASE-TX), a USB port for data import/export, an NMEA 0183 output, and a Micro SDXC card slot. The unit is designed to operate in temperatures from -15°C to +55°C and is waterproof to IPX6. Its power input is 12-24 VDC, and its weight is approximately 3.2 kg without bracket or knobs.
Echonautics TM70M600 transducer
The Echonautics TM70M600 transducer is a 600 W CHIRP transducer designed for transom mounting. It operates on a CHIRP frequency range of 80 to 130 kHz, with a beam width ranging from 26° to 16° at -3 dB. Its maximum depth capability is 274 meters (900 feet).
