The Humminbird HELIX 7G4 MEGA SI (reference H7G4-CMSITP) is an integrated detection and navigation solution. It comes with a plastic through-hull transducer that includes a temperature sensor, providing advanced imaging capabilities for underwater exploration and location.
Advanced Sonar Performance
The CHIRP sonar operates across a frequency range of 150 kHz to 220 kHz, with a coverage area of 42°@-10 dB. The maximum sonar output power is 500 Watts RMS (4000 Watts peak-to-peak). The included plastic through-hull transducer is equipped with an integrated temperature sensor and supports these CHIRP frequencies.
Navigation and Connectivity
This unit features a GPS receiver system capable of providing Enhanced fixes. The device is compatible with Navionics+, Navionics Gold, HotMaps, HotMaps Premium, and Platinum+ chart sources. The AutoChart Live function allows for the creation of custom maps. The required power supply is 10 to 20 VDC. The unit is rated IPX7, ensuring water resistance and submersion up to 1 meter for 30 minutes.
