Designed for advanced navigation and underwater detection, the Humminbird APEX 19 touchscreen display offers an intuitive user interface. This system is optimized for full integration with onboard equipment, providing detailed seabed views and precise navigation data.

Advanced Sonar Capabilities

The APEX 19 display integrates cutting-edge sonar technologies for detailed underwater exploration. The unit ships with a transom-mount transducer including a temperature sensor.

Connectivity and Network Integration

The APEX 19 features extensive connectivity to integrate with various marine systems. It includes Bluetooth ports, an NMEA 2000 backbone (LEN: 2), dual Ethernet ports, and WiFi, enabling connection to internal or external GPS sensors, AIS or radar modules, and temperature or engine sensors. The display can also pair with the Minn Kota Fishing app via Bluetooth and interact with compatible Minn Kota electric motors, anchors, and downriggers.

Navigation and Data Management Features

The navigation system includes tools for creating and managing waypoints, routes, and tracks. It supports man-overboard (MOB) marking with automatic navigation, AIS and MARPA target management (requires AIS or radar receiver and compass heading sensor). Charts can be displayed in North-Up, Course-Up, or Head-Up mode. Software updates are performed via SD card and require automatic device reboot.

Technical and Operational Specifications

The APEX 19 display draws 4.4 amps. For optimal installation, a 1.2-meter (4-foot) safety distance must be maintained between the control unit and any compass or magnetic equipment. Configurable alarms cover system voltage, heading loss, drift limits, depth (shallow or deep), temperature, and engine data (fuel level, engine temperature, oil level, etc.).
