Designed specifically for marine environments and power sports systems, the JL Audio AP300/1 marine monoblock amplifier is a compact Class D amplifier dedicated to powering a single subwoofer channel. It is optimized to deliver controlled and robust bass output, even in harsh marine conditions.
Performance and Marine Design
This Class D monoblock amplifier delivers an RMS power output of 200 watts at 4 ohms or 300 watts at 2 ohms (with some sources indicating up to 350 watts at 2 ohms). Its high-efficiency design minimizes battery drain and heat dissipation. The amplifier’s chassis is IP67-rated for water and dust resistance (excluding cables) and is spark-proof, making it suitable for installations in engine compartments. Its frequency response ranges from 10 Hz to 500 Hz (+0, -1 dB or +0, -3 dB), with a signal-to-noise ratio exceeding 70 dB (A-weighted, 20 Hz–20 kHz, ref. 1 W).

The JL Audio AP300/1 features an LCD screen for direct access to essential settings, simplifying configuration and audio optimization. It supports JL Audio’s Easy Tune function when paired with a Fusion® system compatible with DSP and the Fusion® Audio app, enabling profile-based setup for optimized sound quality and system protection. Its 10 Hz to 500 Hz bandwidth is specifically tailored for subwoofers, with low-pass filters (20–500 Hz, 12 dB/octave), a variable infrasonic filter (20–50 Hz, 12 dB/octave), and adjustable bass boost (0–18 dB at 37 Hz). It also includes high-level speaker inputs for easy integration with factory head units lacking RCA outputs. The system is protected by four-way circuitry against under/overvoltage, overheating, and short circuits.
