Detailed description
Detailed description
Designed for through-hull installation, the Lowrance Active Imaging HD Through-hull (Dual) STARBOARD transducer delivers advanced sonar capabilities for fish detection and underwater structure identification. This 3-in-1 transducer integrates Lowrance CHIRP sonar, SideScan imaging, and DownScan imaging in a single housing.
Advanced Sonar Technologies
SideScan HD imaging rapidly scans large areas to locate structures holding fish, with a lateral range of 91 m at 455 kHz and 46 m at 800 kHz. DownScan HD imaging provides detailed, photo-realistic views of rocks, trees, bottom composition, and other structures directly beneath the vessel, with a maximum depth of 91 m. Lowrance CHIRP technology ensures improved clarity and target separation for identifying individual fish, with traditional frequencies of 83 kHz (mid CHIRP) and 200 kHz (high/wide CHIRP). SideScan and DownScan frequencies operate at 455 kHz and 800 kHz, with high-definition capabilities up to 1.2 MHz.
Exclusive Features and Compatibility
The exclusive FishReveal™ DownScan View overlays CHIRP sonar fish arches onto high-resolution DownScan images, making it easier to distinguish fish from structures. This transducer is optimized to operate at speeds up to 9 knots (10 mph) for DownScan and SideScan. It is compatible with Lowrance HDS® PRO displays and, via the S3100 module, with HDS® LIVE and Elite FS™ systems. It also works with Simrad® NSS evo3s, NSO evo3s, and NSX systems. The transducer design is specifically engineered to enhance signal clarity. The transducer operates within a temperature range of -15 °C to +55 °C and can be stored from -30 °C to +70 °C. It is supplied with a 7.6 m (25 ft) or 1.8 m (6 ft) cable.
