Detailed description
Detailed description
Designed to integrate with Mastervolt Mass Combi Pro and Ultra inverter/charger systems, the Mastervolt APC remote control (230 V) is a dedicated AC power management control unit. It provides information on the electrical installation and offers energy management features.
AC power monitoring
The APC panel displays real AC consumption, AC voltage, and the fuse rating for the shore power or generator connection. It can also show the current usage as a percentage of available AC power, with an example where 1100W (5A) on a 10A limit (2200W at 220V) is displayed as 50% load.
Power Sharing functionality
The APC control includes Power Sharing, allowing users to set the input current limit. This setting is designed to prevent overloads and avoid tripping the external AC fuse, particularly when using limited power sources such as shore power or a generator. This function can be enabled via DIP switch A3 set to "ON".
Status and fault indication
The panel features LED indicators for AC input status, faults, and charge level (100%). These indicators alert the user to external AC absence, out-of-range voltage or frequency (U<180V or U>253V, f<45Hz or f>55Hz), converter errors, AC input or converter overload, or if the "short break" fuse has tripped. The Power Sharing / Power Support level is adjusted by pressing the "Set" button until the LED flashes.
