The Raymarine D007 is a 127 mm (5") pushrod extension for Raymarine tiller drive autopilot actuators.

Pushrod extension for tiller drive

This part extends the cylinder rod of the autopilot to achieve the correct distance between the mounting bushing and the tiller pin. In Raymarine’s 87279-3-EN manual, it corresponds to a dimension C of 749 mm.

Mounting compatibility

This extension is used in installations of Raymarine tiller drive autopilots (ST1000/ST2000, ST1000+/ST2000+, and Evolution Tiller Drive) depending on cockpit configuration and manual dimensions.

Skysat tip

Before ordering, measure the actual distance between the fixed point of the cylinder and the attachment point on the tiller. If the offset to correct is vertical, consider the D009, D010, D011, D159, or D160 brackets/elbows instead of a pushrod extension.

The D007 must not be selected as a generic extension. It is used to correct the longitudinal dimension of the tillerpilot installation. If this measurement is incorrect, the ram may be under stress or lack travel. The correct method is to measure dimension C as indicated in the Raymarine manual, then select the appropriate length from the D003 to D008 family.
