Detailed description

The Raymarine A80554 surface mounting kit allows clean installation of a 9" Element display directly on a console or dashboard. It is intended for installations where a low, stable, dedicated mount is required without using the standard bracket.

This kit is designed for Raymarine Element 9 HV and Element 9 S displays. It includes the mounting plate and all necessary hardware for surface mounting this screen size. It must not be confused with a flush-mount kit or with the 7" or 12" versions of the same family.

For a clean installation, check the location, cable routing, rear connector access, and surface flatness before drilling. If in doubt, use the Raymarine template for the Element 9 model and always verify the print scale.

The A80554 is a surface-mount kit for Element 9, not a flush-mount kit. It is the correct choice when the display must remain mounted on the console with a dedicated, clean mounting plate while avoiding the bulk of a bracket. Before ordering, verify that the display is indeed an Element 9 and not an Element 7, 12, or an Axiom, as mounting kits are not interchangeable.
