Detailed description
The Raymarine TLM150-01 is an ultrasonic fuel tank level monitor designed specifically for monitoring gasoline levels. This sensor is suitable for tanks up to 61 cm deep, providing accurate measurement of remaining fuel volume.
NMEA 2000® integration and compliance
The TLM150-01, like all Maretron products, is NMEA 2000® certified. This certification ensures compliance with critical safety criteria and correct implementation of network management and messaging. NMEA 2000 certified products undergo over 100 tests, including priority messaging, automatic addressing, understanding product information on the network, electromagnetic interference (EMI) and noise immunity requirements, and electrical isolation. These tests ensure that the sensor operates safely and in harmony within the onboard network.
Design and reliability for the marine environment
This level monitor is part of a range of ship monitoring and control solutions designed to integrate various onboard systems via the NMEA 2000 protocol. Maretron products are also tested to IEC 60945 for marine navigation and radio communication equipment and systems. Ultrasonic technology enables measurement without direct contact with fuel, increasing reliability and reducing the risk of clogging or mechanical failure associated with traditional sensors.
