Detailed description
Detailed description
The Raymarine YachtSense E70595 power module is a digital switching solution designed for managing high-power electrical loads aboard. As part of the modular YachtSense digital control system, it enables automation and control of essential vessel equipment from the helm.
High-power load control
Specifically engineered as a digital output module, the E70595 supports up to two high-power devices, providing a maximum capacity of 20 amps per channel. It is suitable for powering and controlling equipment such as pumps, fans, heaters, refrigerators, and Hi-Fi systems. The module operates with a nominal supply voltage of 12 Vdc or 24 Vdc, with an extended operating range from 8 Vdc to 32 Vdc.
Integration and robustness
The YachtSense system, of which this module is part, features a modular architecture adaptable to various vessel configurations. It includes three levels of redundancy to ensure operational continuity: an integrated keypad for manual control, an LCD screen for system diagnostics, and manual bypass via fuse in case of failure. The module is rated IPx6 for water ingress protection and can operate in temperatures ranging from -25°C to 55°C. Its compact dimensions of 160 mm x 28 mm x 76.50 mm (H/W/D, excluding busbars) facilitate integration into existing electrical panels.
System connectivity
The YachtSense system is designed to integrate via standard marine networks. While specific connection details for this power module are not listed, the overall YachtSense system uses SeaTalkng / NMEA 2000 connectors, a RayNet connector for SeaTalkhs™ (10/100/1000 Mbits/s), and CANBUS (J1939) and RS-485 connections via Molex MX150L connectors, ensuring seamless communication with Raymarine Axiom multifunction displays and other devices.
