Performance and durability in deep discharge
Victron Energy AGM Deep Cycle batteries are specifically designed to withstand deep discharge cycles. They are optimized for long-term and reliable use.
Charge optimization
To ensure battery longevity, charging voltage must be adjusted based on temperature. Thermal compensation is required if battery temperature is below 10°C or above 30°C for extended periods. The recommended compensation for Victron VRLA batteries is -4 mV per cell, i.e., -24 mV/°C for a 12V battery, with a reference point at 25°C.
