On the Class 40 Crédit Mutuel #158 (first scow, 2019), Skysat handled everything entirely : electrical, electronics, communication, and embedded systems.

This intervention marked the start of the Skysat × Lipinski partnership, extended in 2024 on the #202 (Act 2).

Launched in 2019, the Class 40 Crédit Mutuel #158 marks the Act 1 of the partnership between Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale and Ian Lipinski. Designed by David Raison and built by JPS Production, it is the first Class 40 with a scow bow — a revolutionary hull form later adopted by the entire class.

Over five seasons, the boat has amassed an exceptional record: winner of the 2019 Transat Jacques Vabre with Adrien Hardy + Class 40 24-hour record, which was broken in 2021 with Ambrogio Beccaria, winner of the 2022 Normandy Channel Race, winner of the 2023 Défi Atlantique with Antoine Carpentier, 2nd place in The Transat CIC 2024 in solo mode, and 13th in the 2024 Route du Rhum Destination Guadeloupe.

In 2024, #158 makes way for the #202 (Act 2) while remaining a benchmark boat in the Class 40 circuit.
