Simrad is a leading brand for marine navigation electronics, with a range focused on autopilots, radars, chartplotters, and onboard instruments. At Skysat, the Simrad collection includes equipment to modernize an existing installation or build a complete architecture around an NMEA 2000 network.

Simrad autopilots cover control units, computers, commands, sensors, and interface modules. Depending on the boat, the installation can use electric or hydraulic actuators, autopilot interfaces, and autopilot sensors suited to the steering system.

For detection and safety during navigation, Simrad radars, including the HALO series, monitor traffic, coastlines, squalls, and obstacles around the boat. They integrate with compatible displays and supplement navigation data in busy areas or reduced visibility.

Simrad chartplotters and chartplotter displays serve as the control center for navigation, cartography, radar, autopilot, and sensor data. Available models can also be complemented with VHF / AIS equipment, GPS antennas, compasses, and network accessories.
