The Ancor 305103 heat-shrink tubing protects and waterproofs marine electrical terminations. Each black section measures 1/2 inch / 12.7 mm in diameter and 3 inches / 7.6 cm in length. The package contains exactly 3 pieces.
The manufacturer’s range is 8 to 4 AWG / 8 to 19 mm²: this reference explicitly covers 4 AWG cable. Its 3:1 shrink ratio reduces the diameter to approximately 5/32 inch / 4 mm.
The cross-linked polyolefin tubing features an adhesive layer activated by heat. It forms a joint resistant to saltwater, oil, acids, and UV, while providing strain relief.
