The B&G BGH030008 masthead bracket is designed for mounting wind transducers / vane anemometers B&G WS700 (standard versions) and VMHU at the masthead. Made from black anodized HS 30 aluminum, it provides a stable and durable mounting for your wind sensor.

Supplied with the necessary hardware: 4 M5 x 16 screws, 1 M4 x 35 hex head screw, 1 M4 washer, and 1 M4 nut.

Detailed description

The B&G BGH030008 masthead bracket is designed for installing B&G wind transducers at the masthead. It provides a stable and durable mounting point for wind sensors, specifically for standard vertical masthead units (VMHU) and the WS700 sensor series. This bracket is compatible with standard versions of WS700 sensors, including models WS710 (0.8 m), WS720 (1.1 m) and WS730 (1.4 m), but excludes Ocean Spec versions such as WS740S (1.8 m).

Construction and materials

Made from HS 30 aluminum with a hard black anodized finish. Weight: 160 g (0.35 lbs).

Installation and compatibility

This bracket is intended for top mounting directly at the masthead. It is supplied with all necessary hardware for installation, including four M5 x 16 screws, one M4 x 35 hex screw, one M4 washer and one M4 nut.
