Detailed description
The Garmin 010-11170-01 is a removable locking collar for Garmin threaded connectors in 11 mm format. Its two half-shells are installed around the cable after it has been passed through, so as not to drill a hole sized for the complete collar.
A closure piece, not an electrical connector
The official visual shows the two black half-collars and an orange/red O-ring. This kit does not replace pins, the connector body, or the cable. It does not repair corroded contacts and is not a set of five universal seals.
Check the connector before selecting
The 11 mm format refers to the Garmin collar, not the conductor cross-section. Verify the device reference, the type of threaded closure, and the existing collar. The 14.5 mm and 18 mm formats are distinct. A new cable may already include its collar and seal: check its contents to avoid duplicate purchases.
