The Szczecin yard behind the Vector 6.50 and the Eagle 44
Yacht Service Sp. z o.o. is a Polish yard founded in 1992 in Szczecin, run by Mariusz Świstelnicki since 2002. ~3 000 m² of production, specializing in polyester and epoxy, with extensive subcontracting for European brands — including the Mini 6.50 scow series by Étienne Bertrand.
European subcontracting
Yacht Service has built or is building for several notable brands. The Eagle 44 and Eagle 54 for Leonardo Yachts (Netherlands), the Mare 31 and the X-Yachts XP 33 were named European Yacht of the Year (2011 and 2014). The Bente 24 and Bente 39 also originate from Szczecin, as well as a range of DaVinci motoryachts and the Raku 32 catamaran.
Vector 6.50 — Étienne Bertrand’s scow series
The Vector 6.50 is a production Mini 6.50 designed by French naval architect Étienne Bertrand, launched by Yacht Service in 2018 (BV1, originally named "Tecnomar", ITA 953). Hull in infused fiberglass with lightweight foam core, deck in infused fiberglass sandwich with SAN foam. The series already exceeded 17 units by early 2021 and was around 34 units in 2025.
