Right of withdrawal (consumers)
Pursuant to the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.
Conditions
- Products must be returned in their original packaging, complete (accessories, manuals, cables), in perfect condition, unused beyond what is necessary to verify their nature and proper operation.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal
1. Notify us of your decision
Send us an email at sav@skysat.fr or a letter stating your intention to withdraw. You may use the withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

2. Return the products within 14 days
From the date of your notification, you have 14 days to send the products back to:

You may:
- Generate a return label from your customer account on the Site (return shipping costs deducted from the refund);
- Ship the package yourself using tracked or registered mail.
3. Receive your refund
We will refund the full amount paid (product + initial shipping costs based on the least expensive standard shipping method) within 14 days of receiving the returned products, using the same payment method as the original order.
If the product has been depreciated due to handling beyond what is necessary to verify its nature and operation, an amount corresponding to the loss in value may be deducted from the refund.
Products not eligible for withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:
Custom / personalized products
- Cables cut or crimped to custom length (custom length, specific connectors)
- Terminals assembled to specific specifications
- Systems configured to custom specifications (electrical architectures, CZone configurations, integrated navigation systems)
- Any multi-equipment integration performed to your specifications
These products are identified by a warning on the product page and during the ordering process.
Activated digital products
- Activated software licenses (Adrena, CZone, navigation software, etc.)
- Digital cartography for which the activation code has been used (C-MAP, Navionics, LightHouse Charts, BlueChart g3, etc.)
- Downloaded firmware updates
Other legal exclusions
- Sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons after being unsealed
- Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery (components soldered, glued, or permanently installed)
- Services fully performed with your prior agreement and express waiver (calibrations, training, installations)
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product (wrong size, incorrect model, etc.), contact our customer service:
- Email us at sav@skysat.fr and include your order number and the desired replacement product;
- We will provide instructions and issue a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number;
- Upon receipt of your returned product, we will ship the replacement.
If the replacement product is of a different value, the difference will be refunded or charged as applicable.
Warranty / Return Procedure
If your product has a defect or malfunction covered by the warranty, follow this procedure:
1. Contact our customer service at sav@skysat.fr or call +33 2 97 52 14 52 and provide:
- your order number;
- a description of the issue;
- photographs if possible.
2. We will assign you a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.
3. Carefully package the product:
- use the original packaging or an equivalent;
- particularly protect screens, optical components, and sensitive electronic parts (bubble wrap, foam);
- clearly display the RMA number on the outside of the package.
4. Ship the package:
- you may generate a prepaid return label from the Site (charged fees), or ship at your own expense using tracked shipping;
- keep your shipping proof and tracking number.
5. After inspection, we will inform you of the outcome: repair, replacement, or refund as applicable.

Refused Returns
A returned product may be refused if:
- it is sent without an RMA number;
- the packaging is insufficient and the product arrived damaged due to the return shipping;
- the product does not exhibit the reported defect upon inspection.
Specific instructions for batteries
Lithium-ion batteries are classified as dangerous goods. For returns:
- Protect the terminals with insulating tape or caps;
- Never send a damaged, swollen, or shock-damaged battery without contacting us first;
- Use the original packaging or a certified equivalent;
- Shipping must comply with ADR regulations (road transport of dangerous goods).
Packaging tips for a successful return
- Use a rigid cardboard box of appropriate size;
- Wrap the product in cushioning (crumpled paper, bubble wrap, foam) on all sides;
- Individually protect screens and optical components with bubble wrap;
- Securely seal the box with reinforced adhesive tape;
- Clearly display the RMA number on the outside of the package (not directly on the product packaging);
- Choose tracked or registered shipping — SKYSAT is not liable for lost or damaged packages during return shipping.

Business customers
Pursuant to the law, Business Customers do not have the right of withdrawal. Product returns are subject to SKYSAT's prior approval and the terms set out in our Terms of Sale.
