Designed for simplified and secure integration, the Blue Sea ST Blade 5023-BSS fuse block allows adding up to four fuse circuits directly to a battery terminal. This compact and optimized solution is ideal for powering new accessories on your boat or vehicle, reducing wiring complexity and bulk compared to larger distribution panels such as the Blue Sea ST Blade range for panel mounting. The 5023-BSS model stands out for its ability to provide localized and protected power distribution. The same type of block is also available as a kit under reference 5024, including pre-assembled fuses and cables for even faster installation.
Design and Technical Specifications
The 5023-BSS block is designed for direct mounting on a 3/8" (M10) battery terminal stud. It features #8-32 screw terminals with captive washers for secure wire connections. The internal bus is made of tinned copper C11000, ensuring conductivity and corrosion resistance suitable for marine environments. This fuse block accepts ATO or ATC type fuses (sold separately) and offers a maximum capacity of 100A per block and 30A per circuit, with a maximum operating voltage of 32V DC. It is supplied with insulated nylon ring terminals in 16-14 AWG (four) and 12-10 AWG (four) sizes, as well as four inscriptible circuit labels for clear identification.
