Detailed description
Detailed description
Designed for advanced marine audio integration, the Fusion Apollo RA770 stereo system is an entertainment solution featuring a 4.3-inch optically bonded color LCD touchscreen with an intuitive touch interface. The system includes a Class D amplifier delivering up to 280 watts peak power, distributed across four channels at 43 watts RMS (at 2 ohms) or 26 watts RMS (at 4 ohms), and supports up to four independent audio zones for complete onboard sound customization.
Connectivity and Audio Network
The RA770 stands out for its extensive connectivity. It is the first marine touchscreen stereo system to integrate Apple AirPlay 2, enabling high-quality audio streaming from Apple devices. Integrated Wi-Fi provides higher data transfer rates than Bluetooth for streaming and facilitates over-the-air (OTA) software updates via the Fusion-Link app. PartyBus™-Network technology allows audio synchronization across multiple Apollo systems in a network or individual control of each radio. NMEA 2000 connectivity is included for control via compatible multifunction displays and NRX remotes, along with an Ethernet port, a rear USB 2.0 port, two RCA inputs, an SPDIF optical audio input and outputs for the four audio zones, and an SPDIF optical audio input.
Performance and Marine Durability
The Fusion Apollo RA770 features a True-Marine design with an IPX7-rated front panel for water resistance and protection against salt fog, temperature variations, vibrations, and UV damage. Its input voltage range of 10.8 to 16 VDC and 15 A mini-blade fuse ensure stable power supply. Fusion Digital Signal Processing (DSP) technology optimizes sound quality at all listening levels by creating custom audio profiles for each zone. Weighing 750 g, the unit operates within a temperature range of 0°C to 50°C.
