Detailed cartographic data
These charts feature detailed contours down to 0.5 meters (1 foot), enabling precise representation of seafloor structure, which is beneficial for fishing and navigation in various marine environments. The depth shading function offers visualization of up to 10 depth ranges in high resolution, facilitating quick identification of target areas. Shallow-water shading allows setting a custom depth to avoid hazardous zones.
Advanced features and updates
The Auto Guidance technology calculates a suggested route based on desired depth and air draft, overlaying this path on the chart for navigation assistance. A one-year subscription to daily updates is included, accessible via the ActiveCaptain® app or Navionics® Chart Installer software, ensuring access to the most recent information. The ActiveCaptain community contributes useful points of interest (POIs) such as marinas and anchorages.
