The Garmin Italy, lakes and rivers marine charts (reference 010-C1268-20) provide detailed mapping of Italy’s coastal areas, lakes, and rivers. Designed for compatible Garmin chartplotters, these charts are available on microSD™/SD™ cards or via download. They integrate Garmin and Navionics® content, ensuring comprehensive coverage including the Po River, Lake Maggiore, Lake Iseo, Lake Como, and Lake Garda.
Precision and advanced features
With bathymetric contours down to 0.3 meters (1 foot), these charts offer a clear representation of the seabed structure, useful for navigation and fishing. The Auto Guidance+™ technology provides automatic routing from dock to dock, combining the best routing features from Garmin and Navionics. To better identify fishing zones, the product includes Depth Range Shading, allowing up to 10 color options for target depths. The Shallow Water Shading highlights shallow waters to avoid, with user-defined depth thresholds.
Updates and customization
A one-year subscription is included for daily chart updates, accessible via the ActiveCaptain® app or Navionics® Chart Installer software. These continuous updates improve data accuracy and completeness. Users can customize the display with various map layers and overlay combinations. Access to Navionics Boating app Community Edits provides valuable local insights. For Navionics+ charts, the SonarChart™ Live Mapping feature enables real-time HD bathymetric mapping at 0.3 meters.
Premium features with Garmin Navionics Vision+
The Garmin Navionics Vision+ version includes all Navionics+ features and adds premium content. It features High-Resolution Relief Shading for an interpretable view of the seabed structure, as well as high-resolution satellite imagery for improved situational awareness. Clear aerial photographs are available for ports, marinas, bridges, and other landmarks. 3D views, such as FishEye View (underwater) and MarinerEye View (above and below water), enhance the experience. Finally, the Dynamic Lake Level function adjusts charts to the current lake water level to assess accessibility and depth.
