These charts offer exhaustive mapping of the Mediterranean coast, extending from Lagos in Portugal to La Spezia in Italy. Coverage includes the Gulf of Cadiz, Corsica, the Balearic Islands, and Gibraltar. It also extends along the North African coast, from Annaba in Algeria to Tangier in Morocco. Major ports such as Algeciras, Malaga, Cartagena, Valencia, and Barcelona in Spain, Marseille and Nice in France, Monaco, Genoa, and Livorno in Italy, as well as Algiers in Algeria are mapped with precision.
Advanced navigation features
Garmin marine charts integrate Garmin and Navionics data, ensuring high clarity and detail levels. A simplified interface and vibrant colors facilitate route planning. A one-year subscription is included, providing access to daily updates via the ActiveCaptain® app or Navionics® software. The Auto Guidance+ technology calculates a suggested dock-to-dock path based on desired depth and clearance. Depth range shading options (up to 10 colors) and shallow water shading (user-defined depth) allow quick identification of critical areas. Contours of 0.5 meters (or 1 foot) provide a detailed representation of the seabed structure, useful for fishing and navigation in complex areas. Synchronization with the chartplotter enables wireless transfer of routes, marks, and chart updates.
