Featuring a 7-inch screen with 800 x 480 pixel resolution, it delivers clear readability even with wide 85° viewing angles in all directions. This model positions itself as a high-performance solution within the Eagle series, offering features previously reserved for higher-end lines such as the Elite or HDS.
TripleShot Sonar: CHIRP, SideScan, and DownScan
The main advantage of this package is its TripleShot sonar, which combines three distinct detection technologies into a single sensor. The high-frequency CHIRP sonar provides superior target separation for clear fish identification, while the SideScan and DownScan Imaging™ technologies (455/800 kHz frequencies) deliver near-photographic images of structures and the seabed below and alongside the boat. This versatility allows quick location of promising fishing zones and understanding of underwater topography.
Design and connectivity
Robust and reliable, the EAGLE 7 housing is IPX7 waterproof certified, ensuring protection against immersion. It operates on 12 V DC power and has a very reasonable maximum power consumption of 6.6 W (550 mA), making it suitable for small vessels with limited battery capacity. The unit features a single port for sonar connection (compatible with SplitShot™ and TripleShot) and a microSD card reader (up to 32 GB) for using maps and saving waypoints, routes, and tracks.
